Mark J Williams

Chief Executive Officer

  • assumed the role of CEO for Isiwis in January 2010
  • has more than 20 years international business experience building profitable organisations with first class service delivery platforms
  • prior to joining Isiwis, he was Group Senior Vice President and Managing Director International of RR Donnelley, based in London, England and was responsible for RR Donnelley’s Financial Services Group in EMEA and Asia Pacific where he:
    • led the international expansion of the virtual data room, financial printing, outsourcing and translation businesses of RR Donnelley
    • was instrumental in the evolution of RR Donnelley to number one provider of financial printing and translation services to the Capital Market’s sector in Europe
    • created through acquisition and market share growth, the leading financial and corporate printing company in Hong Kong and Beijing
    • devised and led a successful Joint Venture in Dubai to serve the virtual data room, financial printing and communication needs of the region
  • Mark speaks English and enjoys rugby

Victor Ankerman

Regional Sales Manager

  • joined Isiwis March 2011 and is responsible for The Netherlands
  • has nearly 15 years successful experience in B2B sales, business development and IT consultancy fields
  • prior to joining Isiwis, he built his career in business development with Ernst & Young and Unitech Systems (Infogix) where he:
    • introduced a Business Development structure for the general practice of Ernst & Young, The Netherlands
    • grew his Unitech Systems business tenfold in two years
  • began his career in IT with Syntegra, before moving into electronic banking consultancy with Mees Pierson
  • Victor speaks Dutch, English, German and enjoys motorcycle racing

Suzanne Arthur

Head of Marketing & Communications

  • joined Isiwis November 2010 and is responsible for Marketing & Communications
  • has more than 15 years of expertise in B2B marketing and communications in both financial services and manufacturing sectors
  • prior to joining Isiwis, she advised the CEO and senior management of Ernst & Young, Luxembourg on their marketing and communications strategy
  • began her career with General Electric Company, USA (Lighting and Plastics) before moving to Accenture, holding responsibility for EMEAI programs in both companies
  • Suzanne is also Marketing Director and founding Board member of Terraintegra, a socio-environmental energy consultancy; speaks English, French, German and enjoys running

Philippe Cammaert

Regional Sales Manager

  • joined Isiwis May 2010 and is responsible for Belgium and Luxembourg

Jean-Marc Goossens

Head of Finance & Operations

  • joined ISIWIS in 2009 and is responsible for Finance and Operations
  • has more than 15 years of expertise in the area of finance and operations
  • prior to joining Isiwis, he was responsible for Swift's Program Management department within the Network Solutions group, based in Brussels, Belgium
  • prior to Swift, he spent 11 years with the Belgacom Group, the leading Belgian telecommunication operator, where he:
    • developed a proven track record as manager in the areas of program management, projects portfolio management, business process management and strategic business reengineering
    • successfully led various key company-wide programs resulting in consolidation of revenues in Belgacom's traditional telephony markets and the creation of new revenues in the internet and multimedia businesses
  • Jean-Marc speaks French, Flemish, English and is a keen tennis player

Jean-Marc Hamal

Head of Service Delivery & Account Management

  • joined Isiwis in September 2011 as Head of Service Delivery and Account Management
  • has more than eighteen years’ experience in the continuous improvement of specialist support and operations teams focused on driving value and improving service delivery
  • prior to joining Isiwis he played a key role in developing, maintaining and improving customer relationships for Gsys Informatique and prior to that he was Operations Director and a member of the board in Luxembourg for Mobilux/LUXGSM where he:
    • was instrumental in the development of the GED philosophy and solution within the company
    • created and developed an intranet service as well as a new electronic invoicing solution.
  • began his career as a systems engineer with Econocom, graduating to Presales and project Management. During his time at Bass Hotels and Resorts he became Head of IT Service Delivery for EMEA and was responsible for creating and maintaining a team of call centre agents to ensure consistent support to hotels within the EMEA region.
  • Jean-Marc speaks French, Dutch, English and Luxembourgish.

Haziz Haoual

Head of IT

  • joined Isiwis in 2009 and is responsible for IT product development and IT infrastructure
  • has more than 10 years experience as an IT Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Technologies and extensive knowledge in building end-to-end IT business solutions, data architecture and global IT project implementation
  • prior to joining Isiwis, he was responsible for IT development at Alter Domus, where he:
    • led the development of an internal electronic document management system (developed the ECM Architecture, encompassing business and capture processes)
    • managed the migration from the internal electronic document management system to a ‘cloud’, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), solution
  • earlier experience encompasses IT Consulting roles of developer, lead architect and technical project manager with the likes of SOGETI, Groupe Open, SQLI and IBM where he focused on information management and business process improvement via technical audits, analysis, functional specifications and the design and development of technical solutions
  • Haziz speaks French and English, is passionate about sharing knowledge and lectures regularly at conferences and to user groups in Luxembourg and France

Piotr Moskal

Regional Sales Manager

  • Piotr Moskal joined Isiwis in June 2010 and is responsible for Bulgaria, Poland and Romania
  • has more than 10 years experience in the electronic document management sector
  • prior to joining Isiwis, he was responsible for Oce Wide Format Printing Systems in Southern and Eastern Poland where he:
    • delivered complex solutions for wide format documentation workflow, including engineering and graphics
    • became a member of Oce Top Performance Club and Oce Club Ambassadors Winner Club, as an Account Manager
  • prior to Oce, he was a leading Account Manager responsible for delivering workflow solutions in office documentation for the biggest Ricoh re-seller in Poland
  • Piotr speaks Polish and English, and is a keen photographer

Marc Smeed

Regional Sales Manager

  • joined Isiwis in October 2010 and is responsible for Italy, Scandinavia, Spain and the UK
  • has more than 15 years of successful B2B sales and management experience working for IntraLinks, Bowne and St Ives Burrups
  • prior to joining Isiwis he was VP Sales EMEA for IntraLinks, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and cloud pioneer, specialised in critical information exchange where he:
    • was instrumental in growing Intralinks’ European business from infancy in 2003, to over 700 clients by 2009, establishing Intralinks as the European market leader
    • specialised in sectors such as M&A, Debt Capital Markets, Alternative Investment Fundraising and Reporting and Corporate Development
  • prior to IntraLinks he worked for seven years at Bowne, one of the leading Financial Printing companies serving financial and legal clients in London and MENA
  • Marc speaks English, German and coaches juniors rugby
